Mt. Olympus Leadership Camp
Building leaders for life
Mt Olympus Leadership Camp introduces diverse approaches to leadership, presenting to delegates an opportunity to explore different ways to reach their leadership goals and create social change. Delegates examine their own values, personalities, and leadership skills and learn about leadership roles and styles that can maximize their strengths and impact.
Mt Olympus combines the big ideas of inclusion, equity, and social justice with the practical skills delegates need to build connections and make change. Through concepts such as communication, collaboration, self-awareness, and emotional intelligence, Mt Olympus aims to teach our delegates skills that are both effective and sustainable and help them grow as leaders in their schools and communities.
Our camp serves school teams or individuals who hold titled, or untitled, leadership positions on their campus. Additionally, we work to create a camp that reflects and grows the diverse population of leaders in Washington state, with an environment where students from diverse schools/backgrounds are seen, safe, and valued.
