AWSL MIDDLE-LEVEL Fall Leadership Days

Fall Leadership Days

These one-day, regional workshops are designed to give middle-level students real tools and strategies they can bring back to their schools. Students will walk away with:

  • A stronger sense of who they are as leaders.

  • Concrete steps to contribute to a safe, inclusive school culture.

  • New ideas for building community and improving school climate.

  • Action plans for student-led projects and initiatives.

Students will explore leadership through hands-on sessions focused on:

  • Team building and collaboration.

  • School engagement strategies.

  • Project planning and goal setting

  • Understanding the role and responsibility of student leaders.

  • Interactive idea-sharing with peers from across the region.

For advisors: Each school team is given 45 minutes of dedicated planning time to reflect, strategize, and build a roadmap for what’s next at their school.

Fall Leadership Days are more than just workshops, they’re a launchpad for student leaders to make an immediate impact in their school communities.
