Mission Peak fosters relationships that empower transformative growth.

Kids these days…

In an ever-changing school system where our schools' focus has shifted dramatically to culture and climate, kids these days are at the center of transforming their schools.

Established in 2017, Mission Peak Leadership Camp focuses on empowering "kids these days" to lead their schools regardless of their experience or grade level.

Students will spend time with their school groups and focus groups on building connections while analyzing, reflecting, and learning about the needs of their schools, peers, stakeholders, and themselves.

Mission Peak anchors its curriculum and development opportunities on the Four S’s (Self, Shared, Situational, and Servant) Leadership. Mission Peak believes in thinking outside the box and looking beyond the realm of "traditional" leadership via social-emotional learning strategies, as we seek to provide transformative experiences for leaders in unexpected places.

We believe that culture emerges from life-changing environments. Environments emerge from small teams that foster discovery and the opportunity to bond. When positive teams and environments are created, a positive culture follows, and we believe Mission Peak sets the stage for this to happen.

Kids these days are capable of greatness, and we are grateful and eager for the opportunity to work with your students.
