Energizing and equipping students and advisors for a successful year!

Our High School Conference has been bringing student leaders together since 1980, and this year the focus is right here in Eastern Washington. More than just an event, it is a chance for high school teams across the region to connect, share ideas, and learn alongside peers working toward the same goal of building strong, positive school communities.

Hosted by a local high school, the day is designed to create meaningful opportunities for students and advisors to grow together. Participants will hear from engaging speakers, attend interactive breakout sessions, and learn practical strategies they can immediately bring back to their schools. Just as important, teams will meet other nearby schools, building relationships that last long after the conference ends.

We invite every Eastern Washington high school to join us for a day centered on learning, networking, and growth. Schools will leave with new ideas, new connections, and renewed energy to strengthen leadership, culture, and belonging within their own communities.

  • Time: 10:00am – 3:00pm

  • Location: Quincy High School

  • Lunch will be provided for all attendees.

  • $40 per person (AWSL member schools) + tax

  • $50 per person (Non-member schools) + tax

Schedule:

  • 9:00am – 10:00am: Schools Arrive 

  • 10:00am – 10:15am: Welcome 

  • 10:20am – 11:10am: Speaker - Erin Jones

  • 11:20am – 11:50am: Networking/Connections 

  • 12:00pm – 12:40pm: Breakout Session A

  • 12:40pm – 1:20pm: Lunch 

  • 1:30pm – 2:10pm: Breakout Session B

  • 2:25pm – 2:40pm: Idea Share

  • 2:45pm – 3:00pm: Closing

  • Registration is due Monday, March 16th.

  • Cancellations accepted up to 5 business days before the conference; after this date, full fees apply.
