Feeling Words
The Feeling Words Processing Technique is versatile. It can be used around a dinner table, with students or staff and for self-reflection. The activity hinges on identifying feelings associated with questions. The feelings wheel is an aid to identifying feelings. Questions can be used to highlight feelings before, during or after an experience.
Create a safe atmosphere for participants to share their insights, then choose a question (or questions) that allow participants to explore their feelings.
