How to Register for AWSL Summer Programs
Summer Programs Registration Guide (for Advisors)
1. Log in to the AWSL Portal. Use the Portal to reserve spaces for Summer Places (and purchase transportation for High School programs).
2. Update your profile! Ensure your Portal profile is up to date. Need help? Contact our AWSL Fiscal Coordinator, Christine Bryan (christine@awsleaders.org) | (360) 359-7060).
3. Registration is open! Reserve spots for your students by selecting the quantity needed. Delegates (students) register after your reservation. A PO or credit card payment is required to secure spots. christine@awsleaders.org
High School Delegate Registration Submissions are due June 1st.
Middle-Level Delegate Registrations Submissions are due June 15th.
High School Summer Programs (excluding La Cima and Cheer) - Schools can register up to 16 students per session.
Middle-Level Summer Programs - Schools can register up to 12 students per session.
4. Transportation (HS Camps) - high school programs advisors, please also indicate your transportation preferences.
5. Next Steps - After registering your school through the portal (or with Christine), you'll receive a confirmation email with details and a link to share for delegate( student) registration.
Students will need your email address to sign up.
When students register, they must also enter their parent or guardian’s information, including their email address.
Parents or guardians will get an email. The email will have a link to fill out the medical form.
There are two forms that must be completed:
One form is filled out by the student.
One form is filled out by the parent or guardian.

7. AWSL Cancellation Policy.
(HS CAMPS) Cancellations after May 22
A non-refundable processing fee of $100 per registered participant will be charged, along with any applicable transportation costs.(ALL CAMPS) Cancellations after June 15
No refunds will be issued.(ALL CAMPS) Substitutions
Same-gender substitutions are allowed up to the day before camp at no additional cost.(ALL CAMPS) Early Departure / No-Shows
Full charges apply (no refunds) for participants who leave early or fail to attend camp.(ALL CAMPS) Cancellation Requirements
All cancellations must be submitted in writing by a school official by the specified deadlines (above) to Christine Bryan, AWSL Fiscal Coordinator.
