How to Register for AWSL Summer Programs
Summer Programs Registration Guide (for Advisers)
1. Log into the AWSL Portal. Use the Portal to reserve spaces for Summer Places (and purchase transportation for High School programs).
2. Update your profile! Ensure your Portal profile is up to date. Need help? Contact our AWSL Fiscal Coordinator, Christine Bryan (christine@awsleaders.org).
3. Registration is open! Reserve spots for your students by selecting the quantity needed. Delegates (students) register after your reservation. A PO or credit card payment is required to secure spots. christine@awsleaders.org
High School Delegate Registration Submissions are due May 15th
Cheer, and Middle-Level Delegate Registrations Submissions are due June 1st.
High School Summer Programs (excluding La Cima and Cheer) - Schools can register up to 16 students per session.
Middle-Level Summer Programs - Schools can register up to 12 students per session.
4. Transportation - high school programs advisers, please also indicate your transportation preferences.
5. Next Steps - After reserving, you'll receive a confirmation email with details and a link to share for delegate(student) registration.
Delegates will need YOUR (adviser) email address to register.

7. AWSL Cancellation Policy.
High School Summer Programs (including La Cima and Cheerleadership): All cancellations received after May 1st, 2025 will result in a non-refundable processing fee of $100 per registered person + Transportation Costs.
Any cancellations 15 days before camp result in NO REFUNDS of camp or transportation fees.
Full charges apply for delegates who leave early or do not show up for camp.
Same-gender substitutions allowed until the day before camp.
All cancellations must be received in writing from a school official by the specified date.
La CIma - June 15th, full charges for camp plus transportation will apply to all cancellations for La Cima program.
CheerLeadership - June 15th, full charges for camp plus transportation will apply to all cancellations for Cispus programs.
Mission Peak - July 1st, full charges for camp plus transportation will apply to all cancellations for EWU programs.
Middle-Level Programs (Chinook ML, Columbia ML, Cascade ML): All cancellations received after June 15th will result in a non-refundable processing fee of $100 per registered person.
