2024 AWSL Summer Programs | Registration Information
How to Register for AWSL Summer Programs
1. Log into the AWSL Portal. The portal is where you will reserve spaces for AWSL Summer Programs.
2. Update your profile! When you are in the AWSL Portal, make sure your profile is up to date! If you need support accessing the portal, please contact WSPEF Managing Director at greg@awsp.org
3. Registration is open! Registration includes registering the number of spots (quantity) you wish to reserve. Delegates will register after you reserve your spaces. Payment (copy of a PO or a credit card payment) is needed to secure your spots. Please send a copy of your PO to team@awsleaders.org
High School Delegate Registration Submissions are due May 15th
Cheer, and Middle-Level Delegate Registrations Submissions are due June 1st.
4. Transportation. For those registering for our high school programs, please also indicate your transportation preferences.
5. Next Steps. After you complete your summer program reservation, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Further details, and delegate (student) registration will follow. This email will contain a link for students to begin their formal registration process.

7. AWSL Cancellation Policy.
High School Summer Programs (including La Cima, Cheerleadership, and DTL): All cancellations received after May 1 will result in a non-refundable processing fee of $100 per registered person and applicable transportation costs. 15 days prior to the start of camp, full charges for camp plus transportation will apply to all cancellations. Same-gender substitutions are allowed up to the day before camp with no fee. Full charges apply for delegates who leave early or do not show up for camp. All cancellations must be received in writing from a school official by the specified date.
La CIma - June 15th, full charges for camp plus transportation will apply to all cancellations for La Cima program.
CheerLeadership - June 15th, full charges for camp plus transportation will apply to all cancellations for Cispus programs.
Mission Peak - July 1st, full charges for camp plus transportation will apply to all cancellations for EWU programs.
Middle-Level Programs (Chinook ML, Columbia ML, Cascade ML): All cancellations received after June 15th will result in a non-refundable processing fee of $100 per registered person and applicable transportation costs. 15 days prior to the start of camp, full charges for camp plus transportation will apply to all cancellations. Same-gender substitutions are allowed up to the day before camp with no fee. Full charges apply for delegates who leave early or do not show up for camp.
