Middle-Level Summer Camp
Preparing student leaders for a successful school year
Every summer over 750 students participate in one of the many middle-level leadership camps offered by The Association of Washington Student Leaders (AWSL). For middle-level students, summer leadership camp provides an amazing opportunity to learn valuable skills, create lasting friendships, and prepare for the upcoming school year. Some of the topics include:
Communication skills
Positive teamwork
Problem-solving
Decision making
School climate
While there are many similarities, each camp provides a unique experience through different curriculum, activities, and traditions. AWSL offers a total of four camps for middle-level students. Camps take place at the Cispus Learning Center in Randle (three hours south of Seattle).
