Thank you for participating in La Chispa. As a role model for younger Latinx students, YOU are the most important part of the day!

Here is how to prepare…

• Communicate to your school district La Chispa coordinator so you know all the details of the day: arrival time, departure time, lunch arrangements, etc 

• Review the Student Cards so you are familiar with the content the AWSL La Chispa Facilitators will be covering.

• Glance at A Day at La Chispa, which is an overview of the day with photos from past La Chispas.  

• Study your Mentor Schedule so you will know your responsibilities and prepare written answers to your speaking parts. 

• Watch the videos below that capture the energy of La Chispa and show you some of the activities you will be leading.
