The Association of Washington Student Leaders (AWSL) is a division of the Association of Washington School Principals (AWSP) through its non-profit organization, the Washington School Principals' Education Foundation. Since 1956, AWSL has offered leadership education for all ages with proven programs, custom curriculum, and experiential opportunities that promote school-wide social and emotional growth.

AWSL provides high-quality leadership development opportunities to students and schools in Washington and is a national leader in leadership programs and curriculum. Through various training opportunities and programs, we strive to improve schools by strengthening the belief that all students can lead. Our programs and initiatives serve school leaders (students, adults, and administration) to create strong schools, strong leaders, and strong students.
