Western Leaders Summit
The Start of Something Big!
Bringing together student leaders from across the western United States.
“Western Leaders allowed me to understand the depths of becoming a vulnerable and strong leader while supporting me as I became an individual in my own community. Western Leaders gave me the outlet to build connections, strengthen my inner self, and define my own abilities as I paved my way to becoming a leader.”
Western Leaders Summit is a transformative leadership experience providing in-depth instruction in essential topics. Working closely with students from other states, delegates learn and practice leadership skills and concepts through experiential activities and opportunities to lead and grow. Students participate in learning situations focusing on fundamental leadership skills and concepts such as group process, decision-making, communication, relationships, equity, and civility.
An adviser strand is offered for advisors traveling with students.
