Community Service Log

Everybody can be great...because anybody can serve. You don’t have to have a college degree to serve. You don’t have to make your subject and verb agree to serve. You only need a heart full of grace. A soul generated by love.

Measuring the Impact of Student Leadership

In 2014, AWSL launched its community service log, to archive and celebrate the projects of schools from around the state to make a difference in their communities. As community service projects are logged, they can be incorporated into our Leadership Library for other schools to copy and be inspired by. AWSL will keep track of the good work Washington students are doing, and publicize both schools doing incredible new things and schools putting forth extraordinary effort to making a difference doing the tried-and-true. Students, teachers and administrators are invited to submit each of their school's community service projects, big or small, completely new or just another go-around with an old standby. Please fill out a separate log entry for each project happening at your school and let us showcase all the incredible difference your school's students are making in the world.
